Managing Director
I started my journey in winter services working at Icewatch, where I noticed a significant shift in the industry. At that time, there were 5-6 providers, but a series of acquisitions by a larger company led to a loss of specialism. I realised there was no dedicated UK-wide winter specialist. Seeing the gap in the market, I was driven to fill it.
Since founding the company in August 2019, we have built a team with a combined experience of 75 years in the industry. Our depth of knowledge and specialisation in winter services has positioned us as the authority in this field across the UK.
Initially, my frustration stemmed from the lack of a national provider that specialised strictly in winter services. Many offerings were local, lacking consistency and breadth in service across the country. This inconsistency was a major hurdle for businesses needing reliable winter management.
The turning point came when we secured our first major client during the COVID-19 pandemic—a challenging period that tested our resilience. This success reaffirmed my belief in the necessity of specialised, UK-wide winter services. It’s not just about clearing snow; it’s about offering peace of mind and safety nationwide. Our dedication to being winter specialists is at the core of everything we do, driving us to deliver unmatched expertise and results.
